Megan Mazarei joined Lions 4 Security (L4S) in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in business operations, organizational management, and client support. As an Administrative Analyst, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and efficiency across the company, supporting both employees and clients with her exceptional attention to detail and strategic problem-solving skills.

Before taking on her current role, Megan was a successful entrepreneur, helping build a youth athletic program from the ground up. Her background in business development has equipped her with a deep understanding of operational efficiency, workflow optimization, and high-level administrative support. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.
