Rebecca Winters

Rebecca Winters comes to Lions 4 Security (L4S) after a 15-year career in Restaurant Management, where she led some of the best restaurant teams in both Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA.  Her diverse background and experience in hospitality management brings a unique perspective to both employee and client relations here at L4S.  As an Administrative Analyst, Rebecca is efficient, detail oriented, and prides herself on creating processes and policies to better serve both employees and clients alike. 

Rebecca cares deeply about creating an environment in which employees want to work.  Likewise, she is passionate about the client experience from start to finish.  She truly values each client’s unique needs and views client satisfaction as the single most important goal.  Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
